The restaurant was very tasty. The service was nice but slow. Didn’t really like the desert which we ordered flan but it tasted more like bread pudding.

YAY!!!!! So glad it worked out. I was nervous suggesting a place I’ve never been, but the dishes you ordered SHOULD be safe wherever you go. Next time my mom makes the taro leaves in Coconut milk (“Laing”), I’ll bring some to you. Hers is THE BEST!

I go to Mazatlan Mexico every once a year with my kids school. I truly enjoy Mexico and the wonderful food they have. When we do go we often go to the same restaurants. I am a bit of a dare devil when it comes to eating. This dish called Queso Fundido is a melted cheese with sausage in it on a hot plate. It was served with tortilla. I do love this dish and I order it every time I am in Mexico but I have yet to see it here except for at Alfonso’s. It was very delicious at Alfonso’s. I am glad I could share it with my BFF and husband.

Oh yeah! Fast and good…Nice place to lunch alone but of course best w/my BFF. I think that there plans in the works to open in the SGV, maybe MPK. That would be awesome! This location has been the best tasting and most successful, in my opinion.
